Critical smash-hit The Last of Us: Part 2will be playable on the PlayStation 5 thanks to backwards compatibility, but it will have a few new touches when it comes to the next-gen console. Interestingly, a recent patch for The Last of Us Remastered on PS4 drastically reduced loading titles of the game, with one test showing a new game starting up in 13 seconds, compared to previous launch times of 90 seconds. Ghosts of Tsushima, for instance, has 60 FPS on the PS5, as well as faster loading times. Game Boost allows certain PS4 titles to run with better frame rates or higher resolution.
